January 2026 marked the tenth anniversary of Blue Sky Theatre’s outdoor theatre, with a return to the romance of Jane Austen.
Blue Sky’s first show was Sense and Sensibility, so the company has decided to celebrate by staging a new version of Jane Austen’s most popular tale of latent love, Pride and Prejudice.
As always with Blue Sky’s summer shows, the evening had fun and charm to spare!
Mrs Bennet wants all five daughters married to single men in possession of a good fortune. But outspoken Lizzy is determined never to marry. Even when she meets the handsome Mr. Darcy, she believes he is the last man she could ever wed.
But as their lives become intertwined, she finds herself captivated by the man she has sworn to hate forever.
